Very very tired

Ive been working everyday....

Some updates :
1) Finished Arbitration assignment. Waiting for results.
2) Finished some admin work for Taekwondo
3) Bought a car. It's ok. Good enough. Good condition.
4) Recovered from some bad cough, still coughing though.
5) Going to be drummer for P@W for friend's wedding this Saturday.
6) No taekwondo classes for December.
7) To start going for Civil Procedure classes in January

Oh ya, new job

Forgot to blog about my new job. Been two weeks already. Technically , the job so far is ok. Stressful , but I think in time, I will manage it well. I hope. =)

Sir went back

Master went back to Australia. Won't be seeing him until December at least. I'm on my own now. Will do my best! A bit scared actually. Many referrals will come back to me. And he's not around to get the answer fast. I have to give them an answer. A "kao toi".

Been bz lately.... just keeps getting busier and busier....

Oh ya, I will be studying Diploma in International Arbitration soon. It's a short course. While waiting for the July CLP exams 2011 (1 paper to go).

Been missing badminton lately. Cause of work. I think I will go tomorrow night.

Not This Year

I've made my decision last week. I won't be sitting for the exam this 25th Oct. Will sit Next year July. No hurry to sit anyway. I'm contented with my current job. No hurry to chamber. Maybe 1-2 years from now?

Will most probably be going for Civil Procedure Tutorials.

Not what I expected in the grade allocation, but generally ya, expected the outcome, 4 pass and 1 fail.

CLP results

I got a Conditional Pass.

I don't know the breakdown yet, as in the grade for each subject but I failed the Civil Procedure Paper as expected. Still, Praise God for his grace and mercy. That I don't have to resit the whole thing. So, basically the resit is on 25th Oct. This month. 3 weeks. And I'm working. I really have to put my best in the time I have left.

Results basically :
1) Civil Procedure Paper : Fail
2) General Paper : Pass
3) Criminal Procedure Paper: Pass
4) Professional Paper : Pass
5) Evidence Paper : Pass

Will go to the CLP board to collect the results slip and make payment for resit before the 15th October.

Congrats to all that Passed! All the best to those that are Resitting! Don't give up to those that didn't make it.

After so long. I got sick. Exhausted and food poisoning I think.

Job Finally?

Yesterday was orally given a job offer. The offer letter will only be given after passing the health test. Urine test ok. Blood test pending. Eye sight ok. X-ray scan ok.

Start work in October. I guess it's good. Good to pass time. How tough or easy the job is? Don't know. Wait till I start my first day.

My "School Bag"

Just as I got the BAC hand bag for free.... when I reached home, realised that my bag-pack zip is broken... and there's no way to fix it....

This bag has served me well. I bought it before I left for UK. I thought it could serve me until the exams are over. I guess not. Thank you for all the times "you" were with me in UK. I remember using the bag as a pillow when I was sleeping over in Tun's house, the night before International Trade exam, if I wasn't mistaken.

Honk means move

I honk twice today. Once because some Woman dont know how to come out from a T-junction. If she doesn't come out, I cant go into YMCA. Second was a Guy that wants to turn right when the traffic light to turn green was on. At least move to the right just a bit la.... so inconsiderate. Even the lorry behind me helped honk... I was so close to come out of the car and ask what's his problem.... Less patience nowadays la... Pls dont be in my way larrrrrrr...........ISH. Honk means take note. Laughing by myself

Was at badminton court on sunday, a different court this time. The last training for myself before the competition on saturday. Was having a headache at that time as well. But started laughing a few times by myself during the breaks. Heal Grandpa

Was in the hospital since 10 sumthing at night till 5.30 in the morning. Something was not right. His legs were swollen (other than the same problem of breathing difficulties). Spent there at the emergency ward that Saturday night. Very difficult place to be. Registered and paid fees. Waiting for results of this and that. Waiting for the X-ray process. Watching people coming in with Blood here and there. Hearing moans and cries of pain every now and then. It wasn't easy. Could only be with Grandpa at his side and go have a short walks every now and then as it was cold to just stand there. One uncle and the maid was there as well. By 3am I was very very tired and drowsy. It was also very quiet by then... as in the road outside and around the hospital. Definitely couldn't make it for the next Sunday morning Q@A CPC class.... reached home at 6.30am. Slept till around.. 4.30pm(officially woken up) .

Dear Lord, as in your word, "To all who received Him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God" - John 1 : 12, may you take care of my Grandpa while he is still here on earth. He is also your child. Amen.

Too many new faces

Was in college today and just realised that there are too many new faces.... Even some students dont even know who the college owner is... What a joke.... So many faces.... how many are wearing "masks" ??? Location : Midvalley Gardens

Time : Night

No of people involved : 2 guest, 1 information counter girl, 1 car park counter girl, 2 car park attendants, 1 car park motorcyclist attendant and 1 security guard passer by.... =p

Issue : Lost of Car Park Ticket

Defence : Payment made with Receipt (from Ticket machine) and recorded by CCTV camera

Claims : To get out of the premise ASAP without paying the rm50 fine.

Skills used : Solid evidence (receipt) , Written Appeal in English, and Lawyer's Blufferlogy Skills....=p

Time used to settle the case : Appoximately 40mins not including the 20mins time used to find the ticket on body, car, floor and ticket machine.

Verdict : Released from premises without paying the fine and with a smile on the face and a loud crazy laughter!

Consolation : Another unforgettable experience.

Things to ponder : With receipt ie proof of payment, can the guest be compelled to pay the fine? My opinion : yes.

Others : Had a great time before the "tragedy", realised she cant run with the white shoes....hehe....I'm so going to 'kena' for writing that.... =p

The statement of claim shall be drafted when I have time and am not lazy.... =p

ok! back to the movie! so, it was funny and was the 1st day it came out ie Blockbuster Movie... so... a bit more costly than the usual... lol... =p anyway, I dont care.. as long as it is at Signature! =p 3 and half stars! Could have hit 4 stars if the Cameron was also a spy.... =p

Movie Review : Carriers

Storyline was ok. But the zombies... like... almost none?? nothing ? zero ??? no running from zombies?? haihs .... disappointed. But there was one part where the eldest bro shot the lady in the car.. headshot! haha.. then the other old lady with the gun as well.. haha... not bad...=p ending sucks.... disappointed la.... I wanted it to be like Resident Evil or Ju-on.... crap... disappointed.... anyways... still deserve 3 stars at least... Please make Carriers 2, a much better one... if there will be one in the future.

Raining Blues

Been raining very early in the morning till late morning...

Reminds me of moments in Bristol when it was raining... We will be in our rooms, waking up late.... having whatever there is left, for breakfast, and then only debating whether to go out to buy more food ... lol... walking in the rain sometimes... waiting for the buses.... haha.... feeling the wind blow against the face.... i miss that....sometimes I wonder if I can experience that again.... just for 1 month....I will be very very happy. =) and of course, the snow as well.... haha... like dust falling on your face.... irritating after sometime... lol.... now when there is no snow, just a bit also will make me jump...jump jump jump.... hahaha.... try eating snow, it tastes really really.... nothing! haha.... oh well.... until then....

But nowadays, rain doesn't just remind me of the good old days in Bristol... rain makes me miss dear. Full stop.

Arrived back to Malaysia

The flight was late...

A few funny things happened. Erm.. duno if can remember all or not... lol...

I talked to a small boy outside a chinese restaurant... funny la... talking baby language with him...=p

Air hostess are funny.... they wear really short shirts that needs to be tucked in every now and then.... haha....

Cant remember all of it... actually its not that much of fun.... quite boring... haihs.... have to make the best out of it.... spending the last day of the year in Singapore for the 1st time....
