Further Lecturing commence on 6.10.2013 - 13.02.2013

My new lecturing classes commence this 6.10.2013 and the last class is scheduled to finish on the 13.02.2013.

It's going to be a busy period. Twice per week at night. 6.30-9.30pm.

Hopefully all goes well.

Taekwondo : Kejohanan Taekwondo Satheesan Taman Yarl (Kyorugi) Pertama 2013 - 26.10.2013

Organized the above competition with fellow assistant instructors and committee members.

Number of Participants : 21.

Half day championship.

Will organized a second one in the early part of next year.

Taekwondo : MASUM (2nd Series) Poomsae at University Malaysia Kelantan

Was invited to officiate the above championship at UMK on the 28.09.2013 together with 3 international referees and another state referee. Good journey (by car) and on the way back, stopped by Ipoh for Perak State Championship.

Another eye-opening experience.

Different Things

I am still learning different procedural areas of law... Currently:-

1) Small Estate Distribution (SEDA) a) application procedure. b) in the event Order was not obtained, application to apply for Hearing at the Land Office.

2) Probate - a) properties held on trust by Trustee - to remove the condition that it is to be held on trust for some time. b) transfer of residue property to one of the beneficiary when the other does not want the property. c) to compel the distribution of liquidated assets to all the beneficiaries by citing those who refuses grant of probate. d) new application by way or Originating Summons and no longer by Petition.

3) Civil Procedure - a) Summary Judgment application and when it is applicable. b) written submission for appeal from judgement from lower courts

24th - my first time officiating the World Cup style - 5 persons per team. Interesting.
