Today:-
5.40am - woke up
5.45am - prepare script for hearing of NATHOS for 3 files and hearing of Creditor's Petition
7.25am - wash up
7.50am - depart to Shah Alam High Court - MRCB building
8.25am - reach MRCB - key in attendance
8.26am - 1st case called (WTF???) - appeared before Timbalan Pendaftar informing her that I need time to do filing for Afidavit Lanjutan before I am ready for hearing.
8.45am - filed all 3 Afidavit Lanjutan and appeared for hearing. Appointment at 9.00am so told to wait first.
(brain rest for awhile)
9.05am - hearing for 1st case - success.
9.20am - hearing of the remaining 2 cases before another TP - success.
9.40am - depart to Shah Alam High Court - Old building
9.50am - sign in attendance for hearing of Creditor's Petition.
(brain rest, read newspaper and drink ice lemon tea)
11.25am - hearing before PKP - case adjourned to another date as requested
11.35am - depart back to office.
11.37am - office called confirming that auction at 3.00pm has been cancelled (thank you)
11.55am - reached office.
12.00pm - report on results of court cases. Prepare claim & inform clerks on next course of action
12.35pm - move belongings from one floor to another (new place to work)
1.10pm - drive to GIANT for lunch
2.10pm - clear things, fix computer & continue to do paperwork
6.20pm - summarize things to do for next Monday
6.30pm - leave office
