Movie Review :The Proposal AND GI Joe

The 1st movie (The Proposal) was funny larrrrrrr!!!!! =p hahahaha.... laugh like shit.... lol... =p

4 stars! woohoo!

The 2nd movie (GI Joe) : lots of action but a bit "child like" storyline.

3 and a half stars! =)

Oh ya, after watching GI Joe, went to eat Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa... lol.. International Nasi Lemak.... haha.... its ok la! =p *thumbs up*

How much should a graduate pay be?

I've been surveying.... been talking to ppl....
The question is "how much should a graduate pay be?" ie someone with a min Degree qualification.

From my observation, it seems that graduates faced this problem of "salary" aside from the "employment" issue and this problem has not really been resolved. In any corporate company, a graduate pay can go no less then rm1800 to rm2000. That's corporate company. The case is not the same for EVERYTHING ELSE. OMG..... DUDE, u can't pay a law graduate with rm800-1200..... dude..... Yes i know, yes we know, we dont have Experience... but that figure is just labor exploitation!

As the saying goes, "you pay peanuts , you get monkeys". Anyway, even if an employee accepts that miserable pay, he will learn all he need, and leave the company later. Why?? Why waste time,effort and money training someone that WILL WANT TO LEAVE????

Good employers... or should i say, smart employers will pay Reasonable salary, provide the necessary training , build a good relationship with the employee, and the company WILL grow! Just because others are paying less, doesn't mean they should follow... dude.... dude.....

Although im not working now (further enhancing my academic qualification), but i WILL work someday soon.... Employers need to think and be considerate! Care for the workers and the workers will care for the company's well being as well!

No Work

I've just applied for a government course. lol..... good news = free. Not so good news = i'm not working... lol.... =p It's about 4 months.

CLP starts in Sept.....T_T.... That's about 1 month from now.

Stress is coming back... as i'm back in the same old environment... haihs.... "birds fly over the rainbow, why can't oh why can't I"

This days have been great. =p Badminton all the way... badminton all the way.... ping pong also on the way...=p Makan here... makan there... hope to makan everywhere... haha....

As for Work, still searching....=(

I'm still trying to get used to going back to the "culture"... lol.... things are really different back here... haihs.. haha... have to get used to it! =p After all.. i was born in the "boleh land"... lol....=p wakaka....

Also cant wait for the month of Sept! haha.. somehow, looking forward to studying... AGAIN... lol..=p kek sei..... lol....

Meeting up with friends every now and then. Very Happy to meet them. haha....=p

Signed up for courses to further my studies as well. Now, still looking for a job. Dear God, pls continue to guide me and be with me.

It will be 14 days since im back by tomorrow(monday). Praise God that I have some things to do everyday... lol....=p
